DESCRIPTION:It's time for Halloween in Swarthmore! Kids 0 - 6 years 
 (siblings welcome) are invited to come dressed up in costume.. Enjoy 
 parading through downtown\, with Ms. Allison of World of Song and Mr. Scott 
 of the Swarthmore Public Library\, to the delight of passersby's and shop 
 merchants ready to greet you with goodies for trick or treat. Please no 
 very scary costumes or weapons.\n\nThe starting point will be at THATCHER 
 PARK\, known as the "Tot Lot"\, on Rutgers Avenue near the post office. The 
 parade will conclude with a fun story time provided by Mr. Scott in the 
 amphitheater. \n\n**All paraders must be accompanied by a parent and/or 
 guardian.**
