Steps into Nature: Everybody Breathes!

Steps into Nature: Everybody Breathes!

Birds and bunnies and bears all breathe, just like we do. Even fish and trees have their own special tricks to get the air they need. Using model lungs that we’ll make ourselves, we’ll consider what helps lungs stay pink and healthy, versus what kinds of air hurt us and the creatures breathing all around us.

Join us every other Wednesday as we dive into learning about the world around us! Guest presenter Christine Du Bois-Buxbaum will bring alive topics with demonstrations that allow children to have fun and make connections to their environment while learning STEM concepts. This free program is always a blast and features a take home craft and snacks.

Kids under 10, bring a parent or guardian; they’ll learn too!
