Following in the Footsteps of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Following in the Footsteps of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Online

Join us online on Monday evening, January 17th, at 7:00, as we continue and expand on the “MLK in Chester” conversation from January 2021.  Our moderator, the Rev. Keith D. Dickens (Parkside United Methodist Church, Camden, NJ), former associate pastor at Calvary Baptist Church in Chester, will talk with the Rev. Dr. Amos C. Brown (Third Baptist Church, San Francisco, CA) and the Rev. Dr. J. Wendell Mapson, Jr. (Monumental Baptist Church, Philadelphia, PA) who trod the same educational path as Dr. King, attending Morehouse College and Crozer Theological Seminary.  Joining the conversation will be the Rev. Dr. Tokunbo Adelekan (The Tabernacle Baptist Church, Dayton, OH and Palmer Theological Seminary). We’re looking forward to hearing more about Dr. King’s influence on their education, their faith, and their ministries. Click the link below to register for the Zoom link.
