Tai Chi Chih Series
Do you want to give your mind and emotions a break? Come to our Tai Chi Chih-Joy Through Move-ment practice! It is a moving meditation practice that provides lots of health benefits such as lowering blood pressure, easing anxiety, increasing flexibility and balance and much, much more! Tai Chi Chih is a series of 19 movements and 1 pose that any age group and ability level can do. So wear comfortable clothing, kick off your shoes (if you want), and join us every Thursday afternoon in October, the first three Thursdays in November, and December 2. You will be pleasantly surprised by the feeling of well-being and serenity that you achieve in just one hour!
You will be sent the Zoom link 1 hour before the class!!
