Zen Doodle Mondays - Relax Your Mind, Focus Better, and Flex Your Creativity
Join Laura each Monday night to learn a new Zen Doodle pattern, variations of the pattern and have some free zen doodle time to share and talk with other zen doodlers. We will eventually use these patterns to create a project.
Zen Doodling is a form of meditation drawing and a visual technique for training attention and awareness, putting the mind in a calm and stable state, and exercising your creative muscle.
You will need either white sketch paper or notebook, a black pen (Sakura 01 or PN, or any technical pen because it requires no pressure on the paper like ball-point pens), a pencil, and either a smudge stick or a tissue for shading.
Please sign up each week to receive the Zoom link.
