Do you want to give your mind and emotions a break? Enjoy our Tai Chi Chih-Joy Through Movement practice from the comfort of your own home! It is a moving meditation practice that provides lots of health benefits such as lowering blood pressure, easing anxiety and much, much more! Tai Chi Chih is a series of 19 movements and 1 pose that any age group and ability level can do. So wear comfortable clothing, kick off your shoes (if you want), and join us each Thursday afternoon in September and October. You will be surprised by the feeling of well-being and serenity that you achieve in just one hour!

You will receive the ZOOM link two days before the start of class via email.

This is a series! You must be able to attend at least 7 out of the 8 sessions to participate!
