Raise Your Voice: High School Book Club

Raise Your Voice is a series of conversations for teens to share ideas with one another on Zoom. Each month we will feature recommended readings (available on Hoopla) and related activities for creative expression. Join us for one month or the whole series.

In September we will focus on youth activism and using creativity tof oster social change. What issues do you care about? What inspires you? Read selections from Speak Up! Speeches by young people to empower & inspire, edited by Adora Svitak. Visit their webste for links to YouTube videos featuring some of the speeches. We also will make a simple zine.
