Chair Yoga

Gentle stretches and poses for adults of all ages, especially beginners, people with physical limitations, and senior citizens (must be able to navigate stairs; takes place in our basement meeting room). Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.

If registering online, please come to the library ahead of the class to fill out a liability form.
