3D Printing Demos @ MFL
3rd Saturday each month
11:30am-1:30pm
For ages 8+
Mr. Jason will be at the library every 3rd Saturday of the month to show people interested in learning about 3D printing how to use the library's 3D printers. Demos take about 30 minutes as he goes over the basics of the printers (on/off, loading filament, leveling build plate, etc.) and how to load .STL files into the corresponding slicing software. He will NOT show you how to design objects--you can do that on your own through awesome sites like Tinkercad.
Registration is not required. Drop in during that 2-hour window. You won't be able to print anything at that time, but can schedule a time to use the printer in the future and print your file.
