Business owners have many choices when it comes to what types of benefits to offer: health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, FSA’s and retirement plans, to name a few. The purpose of this seminar is to clearly define many of the employee benefits options a business can offer and discuss some of the advantages and disadvantages of these plans. This presentation is directed toward the sole-proprietor through the business with fewer than 50 employees.
