New Mamas Support Group

The New Mamas Support Group focuses on mothers as they transition to the role of parent. Even if you’re not a first-time mom, you may still be dealing with common parenting struggles and obstacles. Join us as we chat over coffee while learning an educational and therapeutic approach to specific developmental challenges that you and your child often encounter. Come and meet other moms and share your experiences while getting feedback, encouragement, and tools that you can use in everyday life with your baby.

The group will meet on Wednesday mornings from January 15 - February 12 and is led by Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Behavior Specialist, Karolina Lazarov, MS,MA,LPC,LBS. Toys will be provided for babies to play with while you chat! No registration required.
