Are you interested in mindfulness? It's a wonderful practice that helps us to connect with the present moment, on purpose, and with curiosity.
Join us to learn the basics and try it! We will begin with a brief introduction to what it is, then try a range of practices including being aware of our senses, mindful breathing, a movement, and relaxation. Everyone can do it, not just people who are naturally calm or still. In fact, it may be most helpful for those who are struggling with stress, big feelings, and impulsivity.
All (adults) are welcome.
