Food Trucks : A Brief History by Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles
From salty meats to tasty treats! Please join us as we explore a brief history of food trucks with a curator from Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles. The presentation will introduce us to the invention of the chuckwagon in 1866, Tastycake and Coca Cola delivery trucks and the modern day "hip" and "chic" food trucks! We do not want all this food truck talk make you hungry so we will provide some light refreshments. You can follow-up in person with these trucks thanks to the Friends of the Springfield Library's generous purchase of museum passes!
