Reading for Understanding: A Book Club with Issues – Data and Goliath

Reading for Understanding: A Book Club with Issues – Data and Goliath

Held the 4th Wednesday of the month, beginning in May, this new non-fiction book club will focus on life-long learning of social issues and thought-provoking discussion of various topics and cultures. Our Reference Librarian will facilitate discussion on fascinating subjects each month.

The goal is to gain a better understanding of the world in which we live through the reading of works of non-fiction.

This month’s selection is Data and Goliath:  The Hidden Battles to Collect Your Data and Control Your World by Bruce Schneier.

Registration Required. Multiple copies of Between the World and Me are available throughout the Delaware County Library System. Stop by the reference desk if you need help ordering a copy.  Click here to register.
