Wind Down Wednesdays
Adults, you deserve an hour to yourself.
Wipe away the stress of the day. Let your worries wash away.
The library will provide hot herbal tea, soothing music, adult coloring books & colored pencils, play doh, kinetic sand, a zen garden, and more.
This is pure YOU-time to relax and unwind in a quiet and serene atmosphere. All sessions offer 5 minute instruction in breathing relaxation techniques and end with 10 minutes of rest in savasana on a mat or towel.
Wind Down Wednesdays will occur on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month in the Hub. 7-8pm.
