"In YogaKids program we do yoga poses, work on our balance, practice breathing/visualization and play yoga games. The last 15 minutes we do a craft. We often work with our feet and toes, so make sure your child is dressed in a comfy, stretchy clothing and can remove his or her socks for some of the poses. The instructor, Ms Anna, speaks and explains everything in Russian. If a child has difficulty understanding Russian, she will repeat in English."
