Children's Chess Club 1:15-2:45 at MFL
Children’s Chess Club at the Middletown Free Library from 1:15-2:45pm!!
Try Children’s Chess Club on select Sundays! A few teen volunteers from the High School and Middle School should be there to help explain the rules and play games with the kids. (volunteer attendance may vary, subject to availability). MFL library will have several Chess sets available.
Designed for ages 5-17, but younger siblings are always welcome. Stop in for one match, or try a few more.
Children under the age of 12 MUST have an adult present in the library. This is NOT a drop off event. Parents MUST remain in the library with children.
Registration is encouraged so we can attempt to have enough volunteers, but not required.
This event is designed for children and teens aged 5-17 and their parents/caregivers/guardians. This is NOT designed for adults 18 and over.
