Zen and Pen: Bullet Journaling Basics
Our Zen and Pen series continues with a bullet journaling basics workshop! Bullet journaling is a type of journaling that is a combination journal, planner, calendar, and creative space. It was designed by Ryder Carroll, who had struggled with inattention and disorganization for a long time, and found it not only helped him focus and organize better, but also supported reduced stress and more meaningful choices and experiences in his life. This workshop will offer an introduction to the basics of the bullet journaling method and include mindful journaling exercises. You will also leave with your own beginner bullet journal. You are welcome to bring your own journal, or one will be provided for you. Registration is required for this program as space will be limited; register at ridleylibrary.org.
