SUMMARY:Board Game Auction and Play Day
DESCRIPTION:The Middletown Free library will be hosting a day where you can 
 come in and take part in a board game auction!\n\nWhether you have games to 
 sell\, or you want to buy games\, or you want to play games\; this is an 
 event for you.\n\nYou have to register beforehand to either buy or sell 
 games.\n\nHere is a link to the google sheet with game that will be part of 
 the auction\, it will be updated as games are registered: \n\nAuction Lot 
 List\n\nThe auction will begin at noon and run until we get through the 250 
 lots\, about 3pm.\n\nIf you have any questions\, you can email: 
 midirector@delcolibraries.org\n\n\n\nHere are some rules for the 
 event:\n\n\n\nRules for lots\n\n\n	No reserve\, but may start bidding at 
 any whole dollar price you’d like (no cents)\n	No buy it now price\n	Lots 
 may contain a maximum of ten games\n	Sellers are responsible for the games 
 being complete (or to include notation that the game is missing certain 
 pieces)\, any games sold that turn out not to be complete will returned to 
 the seller and money refunded\n	There will be a maximum of 250 
 \n\n\n\n\nGame drop off\n\n\n	May be made at any time the library is 
 open\n	Games will be accepted up until Friday September the 25th at 
 6pm\n\n\n\n\nRules for bidding\n\n\n	Minimum $1 increments\n	Bids may not 
 be rescinded\n	The librarian is not a professional auctioneer\, please be 
 patient\n\n\n\n\nRules for payment\n\n\n	Buyers may pay by cash\, check\, 
 credit card\, or Venmo\n	Sellers will be paid within a week of the end of 
 the auction by check\n	10% of the final bid (rounded up to the nearest 
 dollar) will be donated to the library.\n	\n		The library will collect a 
 minimum of $1 per lot sold\n	\n	\n	Any credit card/Venmo fees will be taken 
 off the top of the sale price before money is distributed\n\n\n\n\nUnsold 
 games\n\n\n	Will be kept for two weeks after the auction for sellers to 
 reclaim\, after which time\, they become part of the library’s 
 collection\n\n\n
