Comics Club is a special book club devoted to the sequential art. Join us as we discuss a specific comic, manga, or graphic novel, curated by Public Services & Emerging Technologies Librarian, Kevin.
This month, we will be reading Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons' 1986 classic, Watchmen. Set in an alternate 1980s in which superheroes have been outlawed, the acclaimed comics miniseries explores superhero tropes, Cold War politics, and the comics medium itself. Copies of the trade paperback will be available to borrow at the reference desk, starting in July.
