Author Visit: Richard Lynton
Join thriller author Richard Lyntton for a special event featuring a short reading drawn from his wartime service as a United Nations Military Observer—the real-life experiences that inspired Hyde Park Deception: An International Political Spy Thriller, the second book in his Hyde Deception Series. Following the reading, enjoy an open Q&A. Attendees will also have the chance to win one of ten free signed copies of North Korea Deception!
Richard was born in London and educated in languages at Exeter University, Moscow’s Maurice Thorez Institute, Sandhurst, and the UK Defense School of Languages. A former British Army captain and tank commander in the First Gulf War, he later served in Russia and Bosnia, where he witnessed and documented human rights atrocities—evidence that led to testimony before the International War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague. He now lives in Philadelphia with his wife, interior designer Michelle Wenitsky, and their two sons.
