Teen Clean Up Volunteering at Middletown Free Library 3:30-5:30PM

Need to get some community service hours for school or scholarships?

Come to the Middletown Free Library from 3:30-5:30PM on select Friday afternoons and help clean up the library! 

Students MUST REGISTER beforehand as space is limited.  There is no waitlist for this event. 

 

Check in at the Main Circulation Desk and ask for Mr. Derek. 

 

Teen Clean Up Volunteering Tasks involved may include:

-shelf-straightening books,

-spraying and wiping tables, 

-sweeping throughout the library,

-sanitizing children's toys, and more

 

No Cell Phone Usage during volunteering time.  All volunteers are expected to respect library rules, such as following directions, being polite, and maintaining a quiet atmosphere in the library. 

 

Teens only, ages 13-17. 

 

As a reminder, all volunteers aged 18 and up MUST have volunteer clearance paperwork.   

 

We cannot accept volunteers who are aged 18 and over who do not have volunteer clearance paperwork.
