4-H Mindful Me for Grades K-5
Grades K-5, join Delaware County 4-H and the Helen Kate Furness Free Library for Mindful Me, a program centered around youth health, wellness, and mindfulness. Students engage in hands-on activities that explore stress management, the importance of being present, and positive relationships. Advance registration is required, and students must be available all 3 Mondays.
