The Ridley Park Public Library proudly announces its seventh annual community read event. This year's selection, Long Bright River by Liz Moore, is a gripping novel following a police officer searching for her missing sister set against the backdrop of Philadelphia’s opioid crisis

Ridley Park Reads, a joint project of the Ridley Park Library, the Library Board of Trustees, and the Friends of the Ridley Park Library, is designed to spark conversations between friends, neighbors, and friends-to-be through shared reading. The community forum will be held on Wednesday, October 29, at 7:00 p.m. at The Brickhaus Café,13 E. Hinckley Ave, Ridley Park, PA 19078.

Copies of Long Bright River are available to borrow or purchase at the library and can also be borrowed as an e-book or audiobook through the Libby app.
