Family Fort Night
A family event, suitable for ages 3 and older.
Grab your blankets and flashlights...we're building forts in the library! We will start with a short story time, which will include a story, dancing, parachute play, and bubbles. Afterwards, the library will be yours to explore! Find the perfect spot among the stacks to build the ultimate fort with your blankets, sheets, and other items from home. Once your fort is complete, spend time reading and playing games while snacking on treats provided by the library. Before heading home, we will play some library Hide & Seek!
Families must provide all fort building materials, which may include: blankets, sheets, table covers, large clips, and lights. Have fun and be creative! You may also want to bring flashlights, books, and games to play.
