Summer Yoga Series
Join us for a six-week summer series of revitalizing 50-minute yoga classes, held every Tuesday from July 15 through August 19. Led by certified instructor Christina Teofilak, these sessions are designed for all experience levels and focus on connecting breath with movement to promote relaxation and balance. Everyone is welcome—no matter your skill level!
Please register for each session you plan to attend. Bring your own yoga mat or borrow one from the library.
