Staff from Senior Community Services will be in the lobby to assist with obtaining vouchers through the Farmer's Market Nutrition Program. Program details & requirements here.
Please bring your driver's license or state ID. If you cannot attend, you may send someone on your behalf. Please be sure to fill out this proxy form & send it with them.
