Sew Your Own Book Sleeve- a Makery @ Middletown Workshop
NOT A BEGINNER SEWING CLASS
Join us in learning how to sew a book sleeve; a great way to protect your book while traveling.
You will need to bring the following items to class:
- 2 pieces of fabric for the outside (fat quarters are fine or a half a yard of fabric)
- 2 pieces of fabric for the inside (fat quarters are fine or a half a yard of fabric)
- 2 or 4 pieces of iron-on fusible fleece (1 yard total)
- Buttons or snap set
- Your own sewing machine if you have one or you can borrow one of ours
