T’ai Chi Chih: Find Your Balance

T’ai Chi Chih is a gentle, meditative movement practice designed to help you reduce stress, improve balance, and restore a sense of calm. Often described as a “moving meditation,” this series of simple, repetitive movements is easy to learn and suitable for all fitness levels. The series is taught by an accredited T'ai Chi Chih teacher.

While not a martial art, T’ai Chi Chih offers many benefits—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Practitioners often report improved focus, increased energy, better sleep, and a greater sense of well-being.

Join us on the first Friday of each month at 1 p.m. to experience the calming and centering effects of this unique and accessible practice. Please register.
