Butterfly Haven: Plant a Monarch Waystation for Teens

Butterfly Haven: Plant a Monarch Waystation for Teens

Grades 6th-12th, earn service hours gardening at Furness Library! Monarch butterflies need milkweed plants and nectar plants to sustain their energy on their annual migration to Mexico. Please wear messy clothes and bring your gardening tools to help us create a vibrant oasis that attracts butterflies and supports pollinators! This is a come and go event so stop by for as long as you can from noon-4pm.
