Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga

Each class will consist of a check-in and brief discussion of yoga/mindfulness and centering (seated guided breathing, self-awareness, and mindfulness meditation). This is followed by gentle postures focused on seeking inner calmness, building strength, flexibility, balance, and self-awareness. The last part of class will be relaxed breathing, body awareness, and guided meditation.

For adults only. Wear comfortable clothing.  Please register for each class you plan to attend.
