T'ai Chi Chih
T'ai Chi Chih is a series of movements, a moving meditation, dedicated to helping people reduce stress and regain balance. It is not a martial art.
Start a new practice or continue your practice with our certified instructor, Candy. These classes are for adults only. Be sure to wear comfortable, loose clothing.
Please register in advance for each class you will attend. Each attendee must sign up individually. Be sure to provide an email (preferable) or phone number in case we need to contact you about changes to the schedule.
