Tai Chi Chih - Joy Through Movement
Tai Chi Chih is a series of 20 slow, soft, gentle and smooth movements that together make up a moving meditation that balaces the vital
energy within us, called Chi in Chinese. Balancing the Chi promotes improved health, peacefulness and serenity and a sense of pure joy
Tai Chi Chih is easy to learn. It's a healing art, which promotes balance and good posture, improves flexibilty and relaxes the joints.
Mary Cerullo, an accredited Tai Chi Chih teacher, RN, Nurse Practitioner for women's health and special needs RN will teach the class.
This is a Health Literacy Program of the PA Forward Initiative.
