Community Voices: Author Aaron Bracy & "A Soaring Season"
Join us for a special Community Voices author event featuring Aaron Bracy, author of A Soaring Season: The Incredible, Inspiring Story of the 2003-04 Saint Joseph's Hawks. This captivating book, set to be published on March 1, 2025, chronicles the extraordinary journey of the Saint Joseph's University basketball team during their unforgettable 2003-04 season. Perfectly timed with NCAA March Madness, this event will explore the intersections of sports, storytelling, and inspiration.
Aaron, a Cherry Hill resident and lifelong library enthusiast, will discuss the behind-the-scenes stories that shaped his book and the pivotal role libraries played in his life and writing process. A former library employee and frequent visitor, Aaron wrote parts of his book in the Cherry Hill and Pennsauken libraries. He looks forward to sharing his passion for libraries and basketball with our community.
