Stand Up to the Demanding People in Your Life and Take Back Your Time! Workshops - 4 Week Series
Many of us deal with demanding people who don’t take “No” for an answer. Then we put off other important things, sometimes sacrifice sleep, and resent the situation. Enso Empowerment Coaching is offering a 4 week course on establishing boundaries so you can take back your time.
Course Purpose: To learn to establish boundaries, and say “No”…
- Without apologies, Without guilt
- Without excessive explaining
- Without excessive worry about having said “No”
You will learn to say “No” and feel peaceful and whole after doing so.
Course Content: We will learn to integrate the following concepts through highly interactive class content and some role play:
- Understanding different types of boundaries
- Challenge our beliefs about our time
- Establish and define our personal boundaries
- How to use “No guilt” and respectful language to establish boundaries.
- How to use bodily postures to reinforce confidence and help maintain boundaries
- Strategies to use when our boundaries are being challenged
