T'ai Chi Chih

T'ai Chi Chih is a series of movements, a moving meditation, dedicated to helping people reduce stress and regain balance. It is not a martial art.

Start a new practice or continue your practice with our certified instructor, Candy.  These classes are for adults only. Be sure to wear comfortable, loose clothing. 

Please register in advance for each class you will attend.  Each attendee must sign up individually.  Be sure to provide an email (preferable) or phone number in case we need to contact you about changes to the schedule. 

**Note: In case of inclement weather class will be postponed and rescheduled for a later date.  Registrants will be notified via email (or phone if no email exists).  The announcement will also be made on the library website and social media.  Be sure to check before heading out!**
