Smokey Bear's 80th Birthday Reading Challenge
Celebrate Smokey’s 80th Birthday this September by joining the Smokey Bear Reading Challenge for kids 6-17 and learn about wildfire prevention, forests, and natural resource careers while exploring your local environment.
Kids can complete the challenge by reading 180 minutes, and completing 8 activities. Each reading and activity badge is worth 20 tickets and the completion badge is worth 100. Kids can use their tickets to enter book raffles that will be pulled on October 1st with prizes sent to the winner's local library.
The Fall into Reading Challenge is available for adults as well through the Beanstack Reading Challenge app.
