What is T'ai Chi Chih?

It is a series of movements, a moving meditation, that is dedicated to helping people reduce stress and regain balance. It is not a martial art.

Start a new practice or continue your practice with our certified instructor, Candace.

These classes are for adults only. Be sure to wear comfortable, loose clothing.

Please register in advance.
