Join us for a low-impact summer series that promises to invigorate both body and mind from the comfort of your chair! These self-guided sessions are perfect for anyone looking to incorporate physical activity into their day without the need to stand.

Why Chair-Based Exercises?
Chair-based exercises offer a safe, inclusive way to achieve a full-body workout. Whether you're managing mobility restrictions or seeking a low-intensity, effective form of exercise, this program is designed for individuals of all ages and abilities.
