Suffrage: The Fight for Women's Rights

Suffrage: The Fight for Women's Rights

Women today enjoy many rights and privileges that their fore-bearers never knew. This program chronicles the fight for the woman's right to vote along with other rights that they were previously denied. An eye opening discussion of how we have gotten where we are and where we still need to go. Meet the women who drove the fight to be recognized as U.S. citizens equally under the law. Performed in period costume.
