A Vegan Feast with Lydia!
Come join plant based cook, Lydia Kendis, as we make a delicious vegan feast! Participants will be able to help make and sample summer rolls, filled with vibrant veggies, whole grain noodles and tofu. We will also mix together a delicious "peanut" dipping sauce. And for dessert, we will make the creamiest ice cream made from bananas! Come to taste the food and bring along any questions about how to make plants more prominent on your plate!
Registration Required. This program is designed for adults but youth 13 & up are welcome with an adult.
