POSTPONED: How to Identify Medicare Provider Services and Suppliers on Medicare.gov - A Zoom Presentation Online

This Zoom presentation by a PA MEDI counselor will cover how to locate medical providers and medical equipment on the Medicare.gov website. You will also learn how to locate nursing homes (including rehabilitation services), home health services, hospice, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, long term care hospitals, and dialysis facilities.

In addition, this program will cover more detailed information including comparing medical providers, viewing types of services offered by the provider, viewing Quality of Patient Care Surveys, viewing Patient Star Ratings, finding medical suppliers who sell prescribed medical equipment, finding medical suppliers who charge the “Medicare Approved Amount,” and more.

This Medicare presentation would be beneficial for Medicare beneficiaries, caregivers, care managers, family caretakers, health care workers, nurse navigators, and social workers.
