Solar Eclipse Workshop

Dr. Deborah Skapik is back!  This time, she's bringing her Moonshadow Team with her!  Dr. Skapik is a NASA Partner Eclipse Ambassador, and she leads a team of dedicated students called The Moonshadow Team in deep study of eclipses.  In anticipation of the solar eclipse happening in April, the team is excited to share their expertise with everyone at the library.

Children, and their families, will participate in five solar eclipse project stations, where they will learn a unique aspect of solar eclipses through demonstration and hands-on activities.

SPECIAL NOTE:  One of the activities requires participants to bring an empty cereal box.
