Books 'N Ballet at Middletown Free Library 10:30AM
Join Miss Libby for a literacy and movement experience at the Middletown Free Library from 10:30AM-11AM! We will read some picture books about dance/movement and learn some classical and contemporary dance terminology. Activities vary but can include rhythm, balance, and movement activities, coordination challenges, stretching, improvisation, props, and more! Wear your ballet slippers or sneakers, and some clothes you can dance in! Ballet costume/attire is not required, but is definitely welcome.
Class will be held in the Roosevelt Community Center. See the MFL Library Circulation Desk for the exact classroom location.
Registration is required as space is limited. All genders welcome! Best for ages 3-6, but siblings welcome.
