Bonewise : Osteoporosis Prevention
Join Alison Hallman, MSc researcher and Physical Therapist of 30 years, as she discusses Osteopenia and Osteoporosis, their risk factors, how to interpret DEXA scans, and how to improve your bones through medications, nutrition, supplements, and exercise. Questions are encouraged! This program is in-person at the library and registration is required.
