Chair Yoga
Make 2023 a healthy and relaxed new year! We will offer a brand new series of Chair Yoga. This is perfect to add to your T'ai Chi Chih practice if you also attend those classes, or just come over to try something new!
Experience the vitality, strength and flexibility that comes with gentle and specific yogic movements practiced from a seated (&/or standing) positions with use of a chair. The focus of this class is on basic and successful orientation of yoga and breath work accessible to various levels of experience without the pressure of being subjected to any of those intimidating or possibly unsafe "pretzel poses." Students are encouraged to approach the practice with non-judgment and acceptance of any limitations. Come to honor the body, to be playful in spirit and to relax the mind!
